Training with Jay has been a family endeavor, my wife, both of our teenagers and I train with Jay. In the 16 months that I have been exercising with him, I am less susceptible to stress, I have increased my iron shots by two club lengths and I have never felt better. Each session focuses on different areas and muscle groups; he tailors them to my specific needs. The sessions are a blend of cardio, weight and flexibility training. My wife encouraged me to see Jay to rehabilitate a leg after a snowmobile accident and it has proven to be more of a life style change than anything else. I began working out twice a week with Jay about a year and a half ago. Prior to that, it had been almost 30 years since I had any organized workout. I was motivated to loose weight, lower cholesterol, and strengthen my lower back, which occasionally flared up.
Results have been great. I lost about 10 pounds, was able to avoid going to a prescription to lower cholesterol, and have not had any significant problems with back pain.
I now work out once a week with Jay, and once a week with Andy. I like working with both of them as it mixes up the routine, and helps with flexibility in scheduling if I am out of town or otherwise unable to make an appointment.
Studio Element has been great in helping me get on track with a fitness regimen, and keep me in better shape.

I began working with a personal trainer in February of 2005, after 4 months my trainer decided to return to California. I started working with Jay Siefert in June of 2005 and work out with him on average three times a week. Over the last year I continue to improve my strength, agility and overall fitness.
Jay puts the "personal" in personal training, he works very hard to understand what motivates each of his clients and gets to know them personally. I have observed many trainer client relationships over the last year and feel that hands down I have the best trainer. Jay`s dedication to his clients is unsurpassed.

The team at Studio Element is dedicated to assisting your fitness goals. The personal trainers take the time to discuss your goals, assess your fitness level and develop a training regimen to help you achieve what you set out to accomplish when you walked through the doors. The biggest differences between the trainers at Studio Element and trainers at other gyms is that they care about you, they get to know you and most importantly they make you feel comfortable. My personal trainer creates an energizing environment to work out and encourages you the entire time you are working out. She also creates a different training regimen for each work out which helps you from getting bored with the same workout routine and keeps you looking forward to you next session. I have worked out at Studio Element for a little over 3 months and have been very encouraged with the results I have seen, ranging from weight loss, improved posture, improved muscle tone and more energy. Overall my experience at Studio element has been great because I have learned which exercises I need to do and how to do them properly and also it has made me feel better about myself as a whole.

Studio Element has been great in helping me attain my goals. The staff is helpful and supportive. They provide a relaxed and comfortable environment and they are all there to help you suceed. We talk about what I want out of my training experience, and each exercise is explained so I will know how it is going to help me accomplish my goals. They work around my schedule so training doesn`t seem like a chore, and I leave each session energized and refreshed. I`ve always been a physically active person and had never considered using a personal trainer. But I met Jay three years ago when I was a little bored with my weight lifting routine. I thought I`d only see him a few times, but my experience was so great that I stuck with him, and now I`m a big advocate of Jay and the other trainers at Studio Element.
Even though I was in relatively good shape when I started training with Jay, his workouts taught me that there were many areas in which I was completely weak. Jay`s knowledge of body dynamics and attention to my own form helped him identify my need to work on balance and back strength. What`s more, Jay was very sensitive to a chronic hamstring-tear I had suffered from. With his guidance, not only have I not experienced another recurrence of the problem, but my hamstring has become stronger; I hardly ever feel the problem anymore.
Another thing I like about training with Jay is that he truly enjoys working with people and helping people get stronger physically and mentally. That makes a huge difference in the quality of the workouts he gives me. Each session with Jay is unique and, frequently, contains at least one challenging move I`ve never done before. Even after three years, Jay listens to my concerns and needs. Studio Element captures Jay`s attitude toward his work in so many ways. The other trainers are just as dedicated and warm as he is, and the additional programs, seminars and training opportunities reflect Jay`s interest in helping each of his clients grow.
