Grilled Chicken with Garlic and Lemon Braised Kale

- 1/2 lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 cups kale
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- Juice from one lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Season chicken with garlic, onion, and salt and pepper. In a nonstick skillet, coat with spray olive oil and cook chicken until done.
- Once chicken is done, add kale, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Cover and cook until spinach is wilted.
