Grilled Chicken with Garlic and Lemon Braised Kale

  • 1/2 lb chicken breast, cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 4 cups kale
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Juice from one lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Season chicken with garlic, onion, and salt and pepper. In a nonstick skillet, coat with spray olive oil and cook chicken until done.
  2. Once chicken is done, add kale, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Cover and cook until spinach is wilted.
  3. Serve
