Youth Performance Training
Specific performance training is essential to respond to the strenuous demands of athletic competition. Our Youth Performance Program is designed to help acquire the athletic movement skills necessary to maximize one`s performance in any sport. Just playing the specific sport may quite often not be enough to fully develop potential speed, strength, and agility skills. Movements that mimic the actions of the specific sport, yet utilize distinct variables such as balance, stability, and mobility lead to increased performance during competition. Our program addresses all of these issues by incorporating agility drills, movement pattern drills, postural exercises, strength exercises, efficiency training, multi-planar and multi-directional movements, flexibility training, and warm-up/cool down techniques.
