Pilates
Join us to participate in one of the fastest growing forms of exercise in the world. Pilates is a safe, sensible exercise method that improves core strength, flexibility, agility and economy of motion. Our program focuses on the core postural muscles, which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles. Our certified instructor will ensure that you train your body to move in safer, more efficient patterns of motion - invaluable for injury recovery, sports performance, good posture and optimal health. Sessions are currently available as private (1 on 1) and partner (1 on 2).
