NEW Training Groups!

Leah has openings for her 5:30 P.M. Tuesday and 5:30 P.M. Friday groups. These are groups of no more than six participants to ensure as much attention as possible. If you are interested in joining, you may join one or both groups.
Mini Boot Camp

Our current 8:15 a.m. Saturday Boot Camp will be moving into the studio for the winter. We are looking for a total of 6 participants to join us for this new Mini Boot Camp course. This program is designed to a safe, yet effective approach to traditional military-style group programs. Included in this 12 week course will be agility drills, core conditioning, obstacle courses, plyometric drills, sprint training, and resistance training. Contact us today for more info!
Jogging Program Update! Our Jogging Program started this past week and meets at 9:30 a.m. at Oak Knoll Park. Total class size will not exceed 12 to ensure individual attention. Please contact Andy Joggerst and check out the Jogging Program tab under Services on the website for more information.
