In Michelle’s five months at Studio Element, she lost an amazing 72 pounds and is not done yet! In addition to her 3 times per week private training, she has added the Studio Element Fit Camp to her regimen and has drastically changed her diet with the help of meetings with Studio Element’s Dietitian. She is currently exercising at least one hour per day for at least six days per week.
“At 35 after having struggled with my weight for my entire life, I made the decision to get healthy which I always knew would require a radical change in diet and the addition of exercise. I want to Studio Element because I had never exercised in my adolescence or adult life and knew that I needed to lean how. The workouts are always challenging and different and I find my self looking forward to them and to taking my workouts to the next level. The biggest changes to my diet have been eliminating processed foods (especially refined carbohydrates and trans-fats) and portion control. Everyone at Studio Element has been friendly and encouraging. I began at 310 pounds and am currently down over 70 pounds. I look forward to continuing with Studio Element and to improving my health.
