Not seeing the results you want? Here are a few reasons why you may not be able to achieve the body you are working hard to get.
1. You’re overloading on vegetables. Yes, vegetables are important to have in your diet, but not too many. Eating too many vegetables can make you feel bloated. Trying eating good quality and nutrient-dense food. Having a good source of protein with some veggies will keep you full and satisfied longer and you won’t feel the need to eat something every 30 minutes.
2. Substituting food with caffeine. “This is my third cup of coffee. I don’t want it, but I am hungry so that is why I’m drinking it.” If you’re truly hungry your body needs the food to function properly. Drink a glass of water next time you feel hungry to determine if its physical or emotional hunger. If you’re still hungry after the water then eat! Listen to your body and give it what it needs.
3. Substituting calorie dense food with low-calorie food. Always hungry?? You may be in this territory. You eat less, you feel tired and exhausted. You lose weight, but you do not look athletic. You have the skinny-fat look. As said before eat nutrient rich food with good quality to give your body satiety.
